Cook Zones Restaurant was founded in 2010 by Chef Rajesh Kumar with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring authentic, regional Indian cuisine to food lovers in a warm and inviting atmosphere. What started as a small 30-seater restaurant in Delhi has now grown into one of the city's most beloved dining destinations.
Our journey began when Chef Rajesh returned to India after working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. He realized that while Indian food was popular worldwide, the true depth and diversity of regional Indian cuisine were often overlooked. He set out to change that by creating a restaurant that would showcase the culinary richness of India's various states and communities.
Over the years, we've remained committed to our founding principles: using the freshest ingredients, honoring traditional cooking techniques, and providing exceptional service.
