Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cook Zones Restaurant ("Cook Zones," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (cookzones.shop), making a reservation, ordering food, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cook Zones Restaurant.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Restaurant Reservations & Cancellations

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our reservation policies:

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon submission of the online form or phone call. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your booking details.
• Seating Duration: Standard table time is 90 minutes for parties of 2-4 and 2 hours for larger groups. We kindly request you to honor this to accommodate all guests.
• Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of ₹500 per person for large groups (6+ guests).
• Waiting Time: We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the table may be released to waitlisted guests.
• Special Requests: We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and seating preferences, but cannot guarantee specific requests. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for special arrangements.

Food Orders & Pricing

• Pricing: All prices listed on our menu and website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Menu Availability: All items are subject to availability. Some dishes may be seasonal or limited-time offerings. We reserve the right to substitute or modify menu items as necessary.
• Takeaway & Delivery: Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary due to order volume or external factors. Delivery charges may apply based on distance and order value.
• Allergens & Dietary: While we take precautions, our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any severe allergies.
• Minimum Order: For online delivery, a minimum order value of ₹300 may apply. Please check our delivery partners for specific terms.

Payment & Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and online bank transfers. All payments must be made in full at the time of service or order.
• Security: Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
• Billing Errors: If you notice any discrepancy in your bill, please notify our staff immediately. Adjustments will be made at our discretion after verification.
• Service Charge: We do not add any mandatory service charge. Gratuity is at your discretion and appreciated by our hardworking team.

Code of Conduct & House Rules

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests and staff, you agree to the following conduct standards:

• Respectful Behavior: Harassment, aggressive behavior, discrimination, or any form of misconduct towards staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
• Dress Code: Smart casual attire is recommended. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests wearing inappropriate clothing (e.g., swimwear, bare feet).
• Age Restrictions: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Alcohol is served only to patrons aged 21+ with valid government ID.
• Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the restaurant except for medically necessary items or baby food.
• Smoking & Substances: Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited indoors. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Photography: Personal photography is welcome, but we request no flash photography that disturbs other guests. Commercial photography requires prior written permission.

Website Usage & Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, menu designs, and software is the property of Cook Zones Restaurant and protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Permitted Use: You may browse, view, and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that menu descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
• User Accounts: If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cook Zones Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or services.
• Any food allergies, illnesses, or adverse reactions despite published warnings.
• Delays, cancellations, or errors in reservation or order processing.
• Third-party delivery services, payment gateways, or external links.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We provide our services "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of our services, or your dining experience shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Nagpur in the English language.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in that policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cook Zones Restaurant, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your use of our services, website, or facilities.
• Any content you submit or transmit through our website.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
